It was above a bedroom and became so loud it interfered with sleep. This fan is in same location and you have to open attic door to see if it is running. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Aug 04, 2016 Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase.
