Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. Went to Home Depot and Lowes to find ducting to fit this expensive fan.....not a good fit on anything even 3-4-5 inch rubber boots do not fit ???? I threw away the box and went to job to install....I bought an inline fan at hd $26 works and fit great..

the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.

I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.
