My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. I have a large auto repair shop in upstate NY that was like an icebox every winter.... until we installed this unit! Now it easily warms up the shop and keeps it that way. We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes.
