Installed it in a 16ft x 20ft building. Works extremely well. Keeps the building at 50 degrees when unoccupied, then heats it up to 70 degrees fast when occupied.

I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.

I had it installed a few days ago by a local contractor who claimed certified by Bosch. It was an easy installation and it went in with no problems. Didn't have to do any adjustments all the factory setting were good and it went right in and hook up was seamless. I would buy another!
