5-star Works Very Well, Good Customer Service From Ecomfort May 28, 2016

I installed the indoor and outdoor units myself including all the electrical work. Initially I installed GFCI circuit breaker per Daikin's installation manual, but it tripped every time the compressor cycled on. I replaced it with regular 20A, 220V, single-phase circuit breaker and it's worked fine ever since. I had a certified HVAC tech install the line sets and test for leaks.

OK, first thing to do is to consider the space, (including walls and doors) you are trying to condition. Envision the air flow between where the air will eventually come in and where it will be exhausted once you install the ductwork. My first outdoor condenser was installed by a diamond dealer. It quit working three weeks after installation. i contacted e comfort and initiated a warranty claim with chris. Within 10 days i was shipped a new unit. it has worked flawlessly for the past three weeks. I am hopeful it continues to provide the wonderful comfort that i expect for my 1200 sq. Ft. Shop for a long time. why it quit? i do not fully know, but i would still highly recommend one of these units for heating. air... more

Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.
