I received the boiler in a timely fashion. The box was undamaged. I took it inside and removed the cardboard and it all seemed to be there and in good condition. I was surprised to see it had an outdoor reset built into it. It comes with the outdoor sensor. I will not be hooking this up until spring as I do not want to interrupt my heating system during the cold weather. But I do not foresee any issues. Indoor Unit: Runs great. Easy to install. Almost silent at low speed and no louder than a 16" desk fan at high speed. Instructions are sparse but a DIY guy can figure them out with a little help from YouTube as well. Definitely get the outdoor cover track to make the installation look great. Easily keeps my 14x18x9 living room (east and south exposure) plus 12x12x9 kitchen plus 10x10x9 dining room cool on a 90 degree day with large window exposures on all walls. Outdoor Unit:more

I used this inline fan to hook up to my vent hood in my kitchen. Even though this product was assembled in America, the motor was made in Germany and you certainly can't go wrong with German technology. I also brought LD10 silencer to attach directly to the fan and placed the silencer between the vent hood and the fan. I also purchased the FC10 clamp to hold the silencer and fan in place. I elected to install the unit myself. I have decent construction skills and did a lot of reading before hand. The unit came complete and had good directions. I had power to my pool pump near where I planned to install the condenser and did have to go one size larger on the wire to support both units but that was not a problem.
