When we first turned it on we thought we had a problem because we couldn't hear the outdoor condenser running. The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace.
