After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. I purchased the Gree duct units and installed in adjacent closets to the 4 rooms with grills on the walls. The connection pipes were run through the attic to the compressor. It was a lot of work to make the cutouts in the closet walls but the units work great, take up unused overhead space in the closets and are quiet! The QuietCool fan is awesome. We put it in our upstairs master bedroom and run it at night. It keeps the room very cool, almost as good as having the A/C on but waaaaay cheeper. Easy to install and very quiet when running. Great product. Would definitely buy it again.
