After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. Had an Eternal boiler for only 2 years and code came up tried to find parts but the company had gone under. So much for warranties. These reviews should come out after you have had them for a couple years instead of a couple months but all in all it is doing the job. Like how quiet it runs.
