Pleased With Purchase Oct 03, 2016

I bought the furnace, evaporator coil with TXV and condenser. I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. The only thing I did not like was getting the TXV installed as there was not enough space to get the fitting through the wall of the evaporator housing.

I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. All items were received with very quick shipping and no issues or delays. I installed all items with the exception of the line sets myself. Great Small Unit For Detached Structure Aug 20, 2016

This was just installed recently in mild temperatures so I can't comment on how well it can heat and cool my small structure but based on the air temp it should work pretty well. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65). Unfortunately, it took too long to receive my furnace. I guess I didn't understand the delivery/shipment process. However, the furnace is working well and I am thankful for that.
