I wasn't totally content with the installation, which has nothing to do with you personally - that was on my end. But once installed, everything is running very well. Incidentally, this is the third Goodman furnace I have purchased.

We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! Easy for a DIY handyman to install. Fired up without problems. Got a kick out of delivery man stating "You'll really like this furnace....I installed two of them in homes I own". This was the second Goodman furnace I installed for relatives. Highly recommended.
