To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. Very bad choice, did leak after 4 years, dealer unable to help, paid close to $1000.00 the life time warranty is not true, this product is made in Belgium not in USA..save yourself problems get a water heater manufacture in USA....the rest is garbage..

It works good except mine started leaking all over the floor inside of 2 yrs and now my contractor says he hasn't heard from the dealer for the warranty. No drain in on the unit so I can't just move it out of my basement.
