The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. Pro: For the price this is an awesome find. No where can you find a 95% efficent furance for such a low price. Cons: My biggest complaint about this furnace is its unreliability. It keeps breaking and I keep having to fix it. It's also hard to find parts for this furnace.
