UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. Our main house is cooled by a 2.5 ton conventional a/c. I replaced that unit in June with a new American Standard (Trane) a/c. On the back of the house is a Florida room 44' x 12' that was not air conditioned. Three sides of the room are sliding glass doors, circa 1989, overlooking a lake and facing east. I was hesitant to put in a whole house fan, because the one in my previous house was effective but really loud. Quiet Cool lives up to its name. It is so quiet, I don't have to turn up the volume on the TV. It works great too, pulling in the cool night air. I have a 1400 sq ft ranch house in Colorado and it cools off quickly. I'm so glad I didn't opt for air conditioning, saving a lot of $$.
