I will recommend the Mitsubishi heat pump to any one. Very efficient product, little expensive but it is worth it to have a nice product.

I placed the order with a knowledgeable sales rep who took the order on the phone. I gave the order, it shipped two days later, and it was received four days later. It was shipped in the best possible way. The unit was on its on skid and the whole assembly on a secondary skid all wrapped in plastic. Installed this boiler for a basement hydronic heat application. Boiler installation is very straightforward. Was impressed by the control screen. Boiler is very quiet. Overall very satisfied.
