If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. The unit tends to leak through pinholes which are due to impurity of copper tube material from cheap production country. The oil, a part of Freon makes most plastics parts brittle and replace indoor unit. This situation is a subject of recall, however, the company avoids ruining the company name offering free replacement parts for long period. I have repair three pin holes in one indoor unit. There is no problem with ordering or customer service or the price. My problem was with the vendor who shipped the Warmwire 80 sq ft kit. The box arrived only half full, with a 12 pound spool of wire rattling around in the box. The DVD was not in a sleeve, just tossed in the box. The thermostat was in a box that was slightly crushed. Dont know if it will work when install time comes. Hope I made the right choice...
