We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. As a residential service company we take pride in our work and choice of equipment we use. The name Weil McLain has been spelling quality for years before I thought of being a plumber. Just follow the installation instructions and you have heat. My technicians make your boilers look like a piece of artwork.

Would have rated this system 5 stars across the board, but the equipment manuals were poorly written. Equipment: Impressed with the quality of manufacturing, and the quietness of both outdoor and indoor units. Manuals: 1. Outdoor unit manual was acceptable, but lacked some clarity for installation options. 2. Indoor unit manual was terrible. Instructions to open the unit for installation access were incorrect. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
