We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.

Replaced existing 37 year old boiler. Old boiler still worked but needed to be moved so time for new. Installed per manual. Everything seems good. The blower motor has minor vibration. Pretty quiet overall. The internal pump curves matched old pump pretty closely, so hookup was nice and clean. Time will tell if it was the right choice.

At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. I was concerned about delivery time and made a call to customer service with my inquiry. They were very helpful and promised a return call the next day to advise on the shipping status of my order. Easy To Install Aug 09, 2016

We added on to our laundry room and needed heat and cooling. Upon receiving the unit a couple of us had the unit installed and ready for a AC man The people that take care of all our systems came over, checked for leaks and in a few more minutes up and running. Very impressed with the unit so far. We decided to go with Gree since we had 10 units come in on cabins we installed this spring.
