The unit is what I ordered, arrived on time slight shipping damage to the metal grill down low on the condenser unit although it didn't hit the coil I will straiten the metal because were I am installing the unit it will not be noticed. Thanks for the great service. Tom

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

I replaced the 100 cfm fan in the bathroom with the Panasonic 300CFMfan. I no longer have a foggy mirror in the bathroom and sometimes I try to fog it up. No more embarrassing stink gas either. After a minute, all objectionable odors are gone. The only draw back is now that it is Winter the cold air rushing under the door and air getting ducked out of the vent register is cold while doing your business. I plan on installing the 150 cfm in my smaller bathroom.

We bought this unit to replace a 30 year old unit. We wanted one very similar so installation would be easy and a do it yourself job. I am always leery about on line shopping, but ecomfort made me comfortable with my experience. The unit was exactly what we wanted and installation was fantastic. We had to modify one piece of duct work--which was really nothing. I would shop at ecomfort in the future.
