Two days after installation, the 12k unit quit working with a fan malfunction code. Efforts to contact Gree have been unsuccessful. The 9k unit continues to operate normally. Warranty/repair is a real issue.

Great thermostat with lots of config options. I love the smartphone app! This thermostat was easy to install, connect to my wifi and then configure. I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.
