Easy to install, though had to use local HVAC company to maintain warranty. Works great. Quiet. Just tried heat and it is a happy addition. We have owned this unit for about 6 months and are located in the Florida Panhandle.

Shipping was fast. Delivered on wood pallet. Installation took 2 days, primarily because of location of the unit inside and outside. Line set length was 46 feet, did not need to add extra 410a. For communication/power I used 14/4 mini split cable sold at hvac supply stores. Unit runs very quiet (inside and out) in Cooling mode, while hearing,the compressor ramps up and you can hear it a little. My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions.
