I have 2 of the 30,000 btu units and one 75,000 btu unit. I couldn't be happier with their performance and reliability. I went with these over the competition because of the compact design and the quality that they are built with. The Reznor brand may cost more but I have dealt with other heaters that have failed and caused pipes in the garage to freeze. Now I can leave for days at a time without thinking twice about what's going on back at home in sub zero temps.

Installation took about 4 hrs (handy guy) and it's a 2 person job. Since the fans are placed in the attic and away from the bedrooms you barely hear the fans running at high speed unless you are standing right beneath them. I have a 3200 sqft home and this works quite well. From the day I got it installed, I use my AC much less. All in all a good purchase, wish I done this much sooner. The heater was ordered on a Friday and I could have gotten it on Wed but I could not have anybody here to receive it till Friday. It arrived on Friday morning just as I finished taking out the old furnace. I had it up and running by Monday, I tried to get the new one as close as possible as the old one in output and so I only got the single stage.
