5-star Great, Reliable And Efficient Unit! Feb 16, 2016

After researching many brands of ductless mini splits I decided on Daikin. They are a front runner in industry and edge out the Mitsubishi in performance. I installed the system myself and was pleased with the detailed instructions. You still need a certified HVAC installer to test the system for leaks and release the refrigerant. I was very happy to do business with eComfort as they were very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering the unit and line kit.

My Mitsubishi has been up and running for about a month now, its currently heating a 440sq ft finished garage. Its super quiet and the heat is even and well controlled. I installed it myself and had no issues whatsoever ( I've worked in industrial automation and controls for many years ). Very nice unit I like it a lot.

The product is well designed in both looks and operation. The detailed installation instructions made the job fun. The results - a very happy, cool wife. I have used these before on a 2nd floor. Really was looking for something to put tile on rather than a mortar base. These are great, east to cut, easy to put down fabric and then tile using unmodified thinset. It's been several years and still looks good, water drains well.
