January 2016 our heater went out at our business. We ordered the Modine PDP-150,000 BTU Unit Heater. Other than the shipping was slow - we received this heater a little later than expected in Wisconsin. The heater was installed and is working great as of today, March 2.

Had this boiler for 2 winters now in MA. First winter was hard. This last one less so. Great product. Made is USA. Cast iron. Will last forever my plumber tells me. Still 84% efficient. Doesn't need yearly maintenance like the higher efficient junk out there. That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. Great product but found the pressure sensor only works if the world is working perfectly! Meaning the venting must be in excellent shape and does not come apart in the walls or the power is a reliable source. This was installed in one of our customer's homes. Installation straight forward and worked well but then it became a nightmare. Multiple calls back and a real money looser. I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight.
