Where do I start? I'm no HVAC pro. But I have one on speed dial. After much deliberating and my HVAC expert telling me to go with ecomfort I figured "what the heck". the site is great, the filter is okay. I selected my "kit" which touted to be a high end communicating (i.e. comfortnet) setup. GREAT! Only problem... You can't select individual options. The radiators went together very easily with the connections provided to the heating pex and there were no leaks. very easy to bleed. they provide much more heat than I was getting from my old wall convectors and seem to retain the heat a long time after the boiler is off. Not hard to hang either as long as you separate the hanger prongs in increments of 1/2 inch. Also, my wife was pleasantly surprised by the appearance

I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight.
