I was pleased with the delivery and all arrived undamaged except for the two part exterior chase. It was not wrapped in anything and appeared very dirty and scratched. Received unit only issue unit would be left in driveway not placed on porch. Family strained and put unit inside house. My only complaint. Unit working great. Cold Air Rocks. It has been a sweat box. Good product and great price. I strongly recommend a/c unit.

Away from home for the winter. Family checking our home found the problem, needed a new boiler. I was in another state, went online (this boiler was recommended by the professional), able to work well on your web site. Called a few times with questions, very helpful. Shipped out immediately. Boiler installed without any problems. I returned home a few weeks later to a warm home new boiler, and every thing working well.
