My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. we only use this system for all of our shower installation. no guessing, no leaks this is a complete system. no brainier for us if any one whats a custom shower we install Kerdi shower kit. as a extra leak protection we use RedGurad on durorock and than install kedri kit.
