I actually bought 5 Pensotti Wall Panel Radiators, 3 of the 20" x 24" and two of these 20" X 48" units. They are replacing hot water baseboard heaters in a basement apartment. These heaters are stylish, extremely efficient and are priced very nicely. Installation was a snap using the included hardware, HOWEVER, I highly recommend purchasing an extra set of brackets for the 20" x 48" heater due to its weight. Nice looking European style radiator. Build quality is first class. Easy to install - bolt two brackets to the wall, snap the radiator in place and hook up your lines. Pre-finished in white paint. Only downside - the manufacturer only covers the edges in light cardboard and shrink wraps them in plastic. Item is not easy to ship and can be damaged as a result.

I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.

To begin, I regret buying this daily. It replaced a 10+ yr old Fujitsu that outperformed it in every way. First issue I had was the directional blade motor failing. Ecomfort sent a new part, it's now working. Second issue has to do with the appearance, the seams to not align, many of the gaps between plastic parts are uneven. Great fit and easy setup , and winter is just starting the features work great, the two stage system is awesome. The two stage system keeps the house warm and it is a even heat , everybody here is happy so far .
