The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. Have used Runtal UF series before and the quality is excellent. Now if they could sneak more BTUs per foot.
