I recently purchased the MXZ-2C20NAHZ along with the 12K and 9K floor mounted indoor units. I also purchased two Mitsubishi line sets, wall brackets, disconnect switch and drain tubing. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up.
