Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. Very bad choice, did leak after 4 years, dealer unable to help, paid close to $1000.00 the life time warranty is not true, this product is made in Belgium not in USA..save yourself problems get a water heater manufacture in USA....the rest is garbage..

5-star Quality Sturdy Assembly Easy To Install With Peace Of Mind. May 18, 2016

Detailed instructions helped install our two fans. We have one working the garage, while the second unit is on duty in our attic. They are reasonably quiet, and the temperature controller is a good name brand known for consistency. I adapted a pleated air filter to keep the assembly dust free. We haven't noticed a difference in savings on our air conditioner operating, but expect to benefit when we will increase insulation throughout our attic.
