Installed this fan and it works GREAT! Cools house quickly and quietly! You can feel the air moving in the house as it cool down. Recommend this fan to all clients with heat issues in summer. I installed 8 hour timer and hi/low switch. That is the way to go!

My 13 year old electric water heater was way past its 6 year warranty so I decided to swap it out to this and couldn't be happier. 4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jun 06, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

This was a replacement for an existing thermostat. We are happy with ours, and it was simple to replace. Minimum assistance on reprogramming was all that was necessary.
