After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. At this point I cannot review performance as we have not yet used the heated floor. I will say that I am impressed with the cost of this product from eComfort. We surveyed several options for purchasing the DitraHeat and eComfort was significantly less than the other options. Great Heater I'd Buy Again😎 Feb 24, 2016

I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.

Indoor Unit: Very quiet, great air flow. Only a week but works great. Outdoor Unit: Installed a week ago, love it. Quite and works great for cooling family room.

We finished our attic and we're advised by an hvac company to purchase this unit and have it installed. I have to admit...I am pleasantly surprised at how quiet and efficient this unit is. Easy to install and use also. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!
