We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. All heaters were installed and work beautifully. The heaters look great! tech had lot of troubles and there were no instruction given and the part was missing that goes in the furnace metal peace is misssing in the package
