VERY GOOD support and knowledge about the product. So quiet I didn't even know it was running. Very efficient, haven't received my first heating bill to know how much its saving me. We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. The thermostat seems to be good but when i called to order this with the goodman heat pump your support people let me order the wrong thermostat. This one is for an air conditioner not heat pump.

This little heater does a wonderful job of keeping my two car garage nice and warm all winter long. I use my garage for a man-cave workshop in addition to parking my vehicles. I purchased this one because 15 years ago I purchased an ADP similar model. Well, after 15 well used years of 247 running, the board went out. So, instead of replacing the board I opted to replace the unit with another ADP. I don't think you can ask for many more trouble free years from any heater.
