The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. Rinnai EnergySaver ES38W Gas Fired Direct Vent Wall Furnace, LP, White - 36,500 BTU, 7-State Modulating gas valve, modulating blower, programmable thermostat, self diagnostic. Unbelievable difference in this like day and night highly recommend to anyone.
