We purchased 75,000, 120,000, 150,000, and 200,000 BTU units, 28 units in total. The 83% efficient rating helped us offset the cost of the upgrade by being eligible for a rebate from our utility. After waiting 26 days to get my Effinity 93 110000 btu unit, I installed it only to find out the propeller fan was very noisy. It is louder than my air compressor. Modine will not honor the warranty unless you use a professional installer. If you are a do it yourselfer, don't buy this unit. The propeller motor is cheap and creates a lot of vibration noise. Received air conditioner installation went great already had sleeve from previous carrier 52s!!! This one cools a lot better more !! I like it better filter is easy to clean just pull them out clean rinse reinstall!!!

the heater is fantastic so far. no problems whatsoever. only been installed couple of weeks now. cold weather moving in so my 24 x 48 foot, well insulated garage should be toasty through the winter.
