I'm 75 years old and had it installed and running in 6 hours complete. And that's for changing electric, gas lines, upper plenum and lower base. I turn it on high in the evening, and it cools down my 834 sq.ft house in about 5 to 10 minutes. Then I turn it to low, leaving a front & back window cracked, it keeps house cool all night....and VERY QUIET!! Totally satisfied.

Installation was easy. Cools my whole house in full sun quicker than my car cools. A little louder than I thought. Condenser is large. Remote has plenty of settings. Overall, a great product so far.
