Excellent Ordering Experience May 18, 2016

UPDATE 4/19/16: As stated in my previous post the ordering process was excellent. Additional to report is that I ordered the LG Art Cool Mirror including the complete installation kit (highly recommended) on Monday, the order shipped on Tuesday and arrived at my house on Friday. The driver was very nice, and the entire order was shrink wrapped on a pallet, which the driver used a pallet jack to unload and bring down my long driveway to a convenient spot. The unit is great, but the directions need work. I would recommend the unit without reservations. The contractor is considering getting one too.

I bought the furnace, evaporator coil with TXV and condenser. I was pleased with the way everything came packaged for shipping. Each piece seems to be built well so the installation went together quite well. The only thing I did not like was getting the TXV installed as there was not enough space to get the fitting through the wall of the evaporator housing.
