4-star Unit Woks Great But Concerned About The Lack Of Warranty Jul 12, 2016

It was easy to install and start up but in reading the manual no warranty is supplied unless the system is installed by a certified installer. The house was cold and it was Saturday so no option of contracting help. Gas furnaces are inherently reliable so probably not a problem but some warning may have changed my mind of self performing.

Have been replacing slant fin through out the house for years. In the past used Runtal, this time Biasi. Wish that the American houses be build with the Euro panels in the first place - heat delivery, fuel savings, aesthetics, etc. no comparison. Runtal was a bit easier to install, more obvious as to in/out connections. Biasi has much more options and the instructions are not the best. I finally got this installed and working. I like the copper heat exchanger and the compact size. I mounted the first one to concrete walls to avoid vibration above. It took some adjusting to get the louvers to stop vibrating and making noise. It looks like a slick little heater and I expect it will last longer than me. The only down side is the vibration from the fan. I'll have to cut the pipe and put in some vibration dampening. It carries the vibration through the pipes into the hangers... more
