That high efficient junk also requires a power vent that is super loud. Consider that too in your purchase. This Burnham is very quiet. No power vent. I bought this because it is a newer unit with a slightly higher SEER than the KE series. The other nice thing about Daikin is the temp setting on heat can go down to 50, which is good to keep a room that's not being used from freezing (other units only go as low as 65).
