Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. I have a large auto repair shop in upstate NY that was like an icebox every winter.... until we installed this unit! Now it easily warms up the shop and keeps it that way. We ordered the propane conversion kit and that went in and worked perfectly.It was the best price out there and It has a GREAT warranty and it was shipped FREE and was shipped immediately after I ordered it! Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

This unit is amazingly quiet, inside and outdoor unit. We only had a chance to use it in cooling mode so far, have to wait for the winter to roll in.
