Bought this mini split for a sun room that was an addition to a Town Home. Installed it myself and had A/C company pressure test and vacuum it. Absolutely quiet and keeps the room at 77 degrees, where before it was over 100 on a sunny day. Could not be happier with the system.

Love this unit! Installed in the fall, it cools well yet can put out satisfyingly uncomfortable amounts of heat when it's 20F outside and throttles down very low to match demand. Thermostat is rather unintuitive to use all its features and you have only one set of temps in auto mode, but if you don't mind switching from heat mode to cool mode yourself you can program it any way you like. Can't Wait To See My First Electric Bill After Installing Feb 16, 2016

I installed the 50 gal version of this unit last Thursday and have an energy bridge from my electric company that lets me track my real time electric usage. My 13 year old electric water heater was way past its 6 year warranty so I decided to swap it out to this and couldn't be happier. After 3 back to back showers this unit did not even engage the electric elements to reheat the tank, so I doubt I will ever need to moving forward. I had someone install it, so I cannot say how easy that was, but setting up the wifi and the rest of the settings was a breeze. It's too soon to see if it's learning anything, but just having the app on my phone is great. Very happy so far, thank you!
