5-star Great Product Oct 02, 2016

I have extensive building trade skills so installing the AC unit was quite simple for me to tackle myself. I had to have a branch 220v electrical panel added to service the unit. The only problem I had was finding a HVAC contractor to test the unit for leaks prior to firing it up. 2-star Way Too Slow...using Too Much Water Nov 17, 2016

I installed the heater per the installation instructions...upgrading my natural gas line to 3/4" from the meter to the heater. I am satisfied with how quiet the unit is, but it is taking way too long to get any hot water. We have metered water and it is expensive. Any savings I may have gained from doing away with the pilot lite and storage tank will be more than lost letting the water run for 2 to 3 times longer than with a tanked water heater.
