Great for high humidity pet room ventilation. tech had lot of troubles and there were no instruction given and the part was missing that goes in the furnace metal peace is misssing in the package

I have owned this same 400k btu unit for 8 years and it is the best purchase that I have ever made. It is used in a commercial setting and has never had a problem or service call. Reznor quality is second to none and definitely worth the extra cost.
