Easy to install, well made. Mini Splits are the way to go. Mitsubishi is the king of the hill, in SEER, reliable, features and function, each generation gets better and better. I would suggest comparing the 3 choices of boilers recommended. I just bought the top rated and didn't realize it didn't come with the pump as pictured. I probably would have taken the most popular second choice. Also, the relief valve was no good on my boiler so I had to purchase a new one. Otherwise it works great and was easy to install.

I bought this unit not knowing if it would heat my 19 x 21 kitchen, but to my surprise I have not had to turn the unit any higher than 4 and that was on a -20 day . So my wife is well pleased with me.
