Purchased this HRV to replace our 22-year old Mayaire unit. Didn't realize until the HRV arrived that it must hang for installation. My original unit sat on a table I built for it. So it took quite a while to find the right spot to have good access for straps, and not interfere with existing duct lines for old unit. The unit is much quieter than my original one, which is a plus. The only issue I had with the new unit is that the instructions for adjusting fan speeds are pretty vague. It took... more

Installed this system in a uninsulated summer cottage. Quick to install, I had to do some carpentry work to re-support the ceiling where I cut out 2 x 2's but when I was done it really turned out better that I expected. I'll definitely buy Gree again and will recommend EComfort to all. They were the absolute best.

Bought my tank less gas water heater as I was just getting and switching to gas and my electric was 23 years old. Gas was not here until a month and a half later. I am up, running and took a very very long hot shower. Nice to never be able to run out. I ran the sink, kitchen sink, shower and it had no problem keeping up. I replaced my old Modine heater, with a new Modine heater and it works great. The old one, the only thing that went wrong with it, was one of the fan blades broke in half . The old one , didn't owe me nothing, I had it in my shop for 38 years.
