If you have electric baseboard heat and are looking for a premium product this seems to be pretty much the only game in town. It looks about as good as a baseboard heater can do and exudes quality. The thing weighs about ten times a regular heater of similar size so holds heat much better - though ultimately you are buying this for looks not performance. My wife likes the house at 77 Deg. and my son likes 70 Deg. in his room so I decided to purchase a Mitsubishi 9000 BTU mini split. The unit arrived as promised and was well packed. The long cable duct was missing, but was then shipped immediately without charge. The unit was easy to install per the included instructions. We purchased this to replace our old existing heaters as well as get more powerful heaters to heat up our space. These units are clean looking and powerful heaters, but they rattle and are noisy. You can see the metal bracket inside is loose and it was designed as a separator between the heat exchange, but it is not mounted security, so the air causes it to rattle.
